We know that one of the most important things when planning your trip is knowing how to get to your hotel from the airport. That’s why reservations made on www.iberostar.com at any of our JOIA hotels in the Americas have a complimentary private transfer service from the airport to your hotel (round trip) included. Book your hotel on our website and allow us to make every comfort within your reach.

This promotion does not apply to flight + hotel packages or to IHG, The Club and Star Agents reservations.

 

How to request the complimentary transfer service

  • Book your JOIA hotel in the Americas at www.iberostar.com at least 5 days before your trip and with a minimum stay of 3 nights (at the JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar, JOIA Bávaro by Iberostar, JOIA Paraíso by Iberostar hotels) or 5 nights (at the JOIA Aruba by Iberostar hotel).
  • You’ll receive a voucher confirming your reservation, which will include details of your complimentary transfer and a form to fill out with your flight information. If you have any questions, the confirmation voucher contains the contact information for the transfer provider at each destination.
  • Please fill out the form no later than 5 days before your arrival. The service cannot be guaranteed if your flight details are not completed in time.
  • You will receive an email confirming your transfers from the company that provides the service.
