What kind of audience is Dolce designed for?

Dolce is a show designed for adults over 18 years of age, to be enjoyed individually, as a couple or with friends.

Where and when can I live this experience?

In Riviera Maya, Mexico, the Dolce show takes place at the Rhapsody Cocktail Bar at the JOIA Paraíso by Iberostar hotel on Fridays at 10:00 p.m.

In Jamaica, you can attend the show at the Exodus theater at the JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar, on Fridays and Sundays at 9:30 p.m.

 

It will then be extended to other destinations such as Brazil and the Dominican Republic.

In Jamaica, you can attend the show at the Ficton nightclub at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites.

Booking your stay on our website

When booking your room on the Iberostar website, choose the show of your choice as a complementary product of your stay at your hotel.

Check the cancellation policy

You can modify or cancel a reservation through the Iberostar App chat or at the hotel directly with the public relations service. 

 

- Reservation modification: up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

- Reservation cancellation: up to 72 hours before the scheduled time, no charges applied, 100% of reservation value refundable.

- Less than 72 hours up to 24 hours before the scheduled time: 50% of the reservation value will be charged to the room.

- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled time: 100% of the reservation value will be charged to the room.

- No-show: 100% of the reservation value will be charged to the room.

- No-show due to COVID, with certificate: allows to reschedule the reservation up to 1 year.
