    Albufera de Mallorca

    The Albufera de Mallorca Nature Reserve is the largest and most important wetlands on the Balearic archipelago. Its old lagoon is separated from the sea by a chain of sand dunes and it is home to more than 3,000 different animal and plant species. Birds are the highlight of the reserve’s fauna, with more than 300 resident and migrating species, which makes Albufera a true paradise for those who want to observe these animals. This nature reserve is a great spot for couples or the whole family to explore on foot or by bicycle at any time of year, as it’s located just a few metres from the resort.
