GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

  • You have 2 years to redeem the card at any Iberostar hotel in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Brazil and Jamaica.
  • Redeemable for stays on sale through the Iberostar Contact Center.
  • Remember that the card is not linked to your name, which means you can transfer it or give it to someone else.
  • The Iberostar Card cannot be resold and is non-refundable. It cannot be returned or exchanged for money either in full amount or partly.

REDEEMING CONDITIONS

  • Can be combined with other offers that are not subject to a promotional code. 
  • Can not be combined with the PARTNER offers and The Club reservations or IHG One Rewards membership discounts.
  • Only applicable to new bookings at the current rate.
  • Not applicable to Pay at the Hotel rate in Mexico.

  • Can not be redeemed for hotel services directly (massage, parking, etc.), nor for Local Experience offers.
