This policy applies to bookings made on iberostar.com (hereinafter the website) by members of the FIA club through a partner discount of FÉDÉRATION INTERNATIONALE DE L'AUTOMOBILE (FIA).

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at any time due to business decisions and to comply with possible changes to legislation or case law. You declare that the information you provide, now and in the future, is correct and truthful and undertake to inform us of any changes to said information. When providing the personal data of a third party, you agree to obtain prior consent from the party in question and to inform them of the content of this policy.

1. Who is responsible for your data?
Portal Interactiv, S.L. (Iberostar), with address at Calle General Riera, 154 in Palma de Mallorca, is responsible for the processing of the data of users of the Website and the reservations processed on it.

Portal Interactiv, S.L. and FÉDÉRATION INTERNATIONALE DE L’AUTOMOBILE are jointly responsible for the processing necessary for the management of their collaboration and the application of the conditions of the offers reserved for Club members. Iberostar and FIA have concluded an agreement that regulates said co-responsibility to guarantee compliance with data protection regulations and the security of the data of the interested parties. The essential aspects of this contract in relation to the respective functions and relationships of Iberostar and FIA are those described in this policy. 2. What will your data be processed for and on what legal ground?
a. Processing responsibility of Iberostar.
Iberostar will process the data provided in reservation requests for their handling and execution, as well as for compliance with its legal obligations, for example in tax matters.
These treatments are necessary for the execution of a contractual relationship in which you are a party as well as for compliance with legal obligations.
With your consent, the Iberostar Group will process your data for commercial purposes and to create profiles to personalize the advertising it may send you and the services it provides.
Iberostar consolidates reservation data at the group level for internal administrative purposes. This consolidation is grounded on the existence of a legitimate interest.

b. Processing responsibility of FIA
FIA will process the data of the members of its program and of the people included in the reservations for the purposes and under the conditions indicated in its privacy policy, which can be consulted here.
c. Processing for which Iberostar and FIA are joint controllers.
If you proceed with the booking the following information will be shared with FIA: Membership number, FIA Club for each Member and FIA Club code in respect of the same, date and time of the transaction, sales amount before taxes or discounts, including the member offer, any discount applicable, Country of purchase/origin; the member offer redeemed. These data will be processed for the purposes of managing the collaboration between Iberostar and FIA, to manage and control the enforcement of the commercial conditions agreed between both companies, and to carry out analysis and reporting of the uptake and performance of Member offers, and provide specific reporting to FIA Club associated with relevant Members.
This processing is necessary for the application of the conditions provided for in the offers reserved for members of the FIA program and are based on the existence of a contractual relationship to which you are a party.
The management and control of the enforcement of the commercial conditions agreed between Iberostar and FIA, as well as the creation of metrics to measure the performance of this collaboration, is grounded on the existence of a legitimate interest of the parties.
3. Who will your data be communicated to?
The data processed jointly by Iberostar and FIA will only be communicated to third parties because of legal obligations, with your prior consent or when necessary to provide the requested services.

4. How long is your data kept?
The data processed jointly by Iberostar and FIA will be kept as long as necessary to provide the contracted services and in any case during the periods provided for in the applicable legal provisions and for the time necessary to address possible liabilities arising from the processing. Your data will be canceled when it is no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.

5. What are your rights?
You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not we are processing your personal data and, if so, access it. You can also request that your data be rectified when it is inaccurate or that incomplete data be completed, as well as request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was gathered.
In certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data. In such case, we will only process the affected data for the filling, exercise or defense of claims or with a view to protect the rights of other people. Under certain conditions and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may also object to the processing of your data. Likewise, and under certain conditions, you may request the portability of your data so that it may be transmitted to another data controller.
