GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

  • You have 2 years to redeem the card at any Iberostar hotel in Spain and Portugal.
  • Redeemable for stays on sale through the Iberostar Contact Centre.
  • Remember that the card is not linked to your name, which means you can transfer it or give it to someone else.
  • The Iberostar Card cannot be resold and is non-refundable. It cannot be returned or exchanged for money for either its full or partial value.

REDEEMING CONDITIONS

  • Can be combined with other offers that are not subject to a promotional code.
  • Cannot be combined with PARTNER offers or IHG One Rewards membership discounts.
  • Only applicable to new bookings at the current rate made with the flexible rate only and paid at the hotel.
  • Call the Iberostar Contact Centre for free (+34 97 199 80 61) to redeem your card or write to us at contactcenter@iberostar.com. You can find numbers to call for free from other countries on iberostar.com, under the section “Contact us”.
  • To redeem it, you must have your Iberostar Card reference number to hand.
  • Iberostar Card can be used on one single booking (only one reference number can be used per booking).
  • It cannot be used for services directly at the hotel (massages, parking, etc.), nor for Local Experience offers.

If you have been given or bought an Iberostar Gift Card and you want to use it, you must have the reference number of your hotel gift voucher. With this number, you must call the contact center and follow the steps you will be given in order to redeem it at any of our hotels at the time of booking.

What happens if I don't receive it or if I can't find it?

As it is personal and non-transferable, in case of loss you should contact our Contact Center or write an email about your case to contactcenter@iberostar.com.
