Iberostar EXPANDS CUBAN PORTFOLIO

Iberostar Hotels & Resorts has continued to expand and consolidate its presence in destinations where the company’s operations are enjoying considerable success. In keeping with its commitment to provide top quality service at all times and on-going plans to grow its portfolio, the company is pleased to announce that it has completed its refurbishment work on the Iberostar Mojito, the Mallorca-based chain’s ninth hotel in Cuba, which opened for business on Saturday 15th December, just in time for Christmas.

Boasting a prime location in Cayo Coco, just 12 km from Cayo Coco airport and 79 km from the city of Morón, the Iberostar Mojito offers a whole range of products and services to guarantee an unforgettable holiday experience for all the family. Guests at the hotel can bask in the stunning surrounding scenery including; a vast array of native flora and fauna, a stunning barrier reef just a short distance away and a magnificent white sandy beach right on the hotels doorstep.

Extensive remodelling and refurbishment work has been carried out in order to adapt the hotel to Iberostar’s high standards. The Iberostar Mojito offers 352 fully-refurbished en-suite rooms featuring the very latest modern comforts and facilities.

The refurbished hotel also offers an extensive activity and entertainment programme under its all-inclusive offer. Guests can enjoy a variety of sports including; windsurfing, kayaking, water polo, tennis and scuba diving.
